WASHINGTON, DC – A national treasure has grown over the banks of the Potomac River. With the proceeds from his Zero-Point Energy (ZPE) machine, the Juan Bobo built the largest arts complex in the United States.
Although it looks half-finished, he insists it is complete and ready for occupancy.
“This is my gift to America,” howled Bobo from the top floor. “It’s the only civilization that went straight from barbarism to decadence.”
The arts center will be called America, Inc. Any resemblance to the Tower of Babel is purely coincidental.
